Megaman Battle Network is the newest addition to the Megaman spin-offs. This series takes place in an alternate universe of the original, where Megaman, Roll, and Protoman are all Digital life forms called Navis. As always you control Megaman as well as his human operator 10-year old Lan Hikari. Together Lan and Megaman must fight the battle of their lives as they take on the WWW. Whether your a fan of Megaman or of Digimon Tamers (which this series was inspired off of) or both you'll enjoy this game, and it's plot twists.Customer Review: BUSTING TIME

If you are a fan of megaman,then this is agame for you. I would only get this if you have good sportsmanship. I've got a ton of GBA games but this one is the mostfun of them all. The only part I didn't care for much is
the story but with the acception of that it was perfect!

This game is the best RPG game I have ever played! It has amazing grapics awesome sound and it has a tight RpG style of Gameplay. When I got the game I never knew what to expect but the second it started i became hooked. The game is so good I got the second one. That one is also pretty cool (but I am writing a review for the first one). Anyway I recomend this game to people who like or even dis-like RPG, because this game is really cool. It really brings out the megaman adventures. I have all the megaman games on comp, PS1, NeS, Snes, N64, Gameboy color and advance and by far the best is this one. megaman battle network is totally differnt then the other ones It is more futuristic and more realistic then the others. being a long time megaman fan, i was interested to see what the next spin-off of the series would be. i really enjoyed the x series, megaman soccer was very enjoyable, and i actually have the japanese counterparts of the original series also. while i may not have the game yet, i gave it a try on my emulator and i'm hooked. i bought a game boy advanced and battle network two as soon as i had the money. i even pre-ordered megaman zero in support of continuing the megaman series.this is a whole new breed of gameplay, while it may have been done before i'm not one to say ive seen it. the battles are rpg like but still have movement as you would expect from a megaman game. the story is pretty seamless, and as all megaman fans couldn't do without, plenty of upgrades.
you may want to try this game before you buy it, i did ad overall i'm glad i did.
