Customer Review: Good, but is it good enough?

Well, I have owned all nintendo consoles (Except the Gameboy Pocket) and have loved them all. Nintendo's latest handheld wonder, the Gameboy Advance SP (AKA: GBASP) is as good as them all. But.... if you already have a GBA, is it worth it? Well, it all depends. This isn't really a new gameboy as much as a GBA V2.0. It doesn't have any new games JUST for it, no new graphics, other than the sleek new design, the backlight, and the rechargeable battery pack, there's not much new. Heck, there's LESS. They took the headphone port away! Not much, but since the GBASP can't play music too loudly, they sometimes are usefull. You CAN get a headphone, a specially designed one for 10$ from nintendo.com. Not fun. The backlight though, man, it can be a real lifesaver! No glare, and no money on those annoying wormlights. The rechargable battery can save a lot of money too. But... if you already have a GBA, is it worth it? I'd say no (unless you have a lot of extra money). There's just no good-enough features to fork over 100$. Sometimes, I think, what does SP stand for? I sometimes think it's Second Purchase.BOTTOM LINE:
If you have a GBA, pass, if not, go out and get this awesome thing!

This new release by nintendo is one of the greatest ever! It's neat clamshell design ensures a scratch free screen. Although a *little* bit small for the hands it can easily fit inside your pocket. It has 16-bit color display, (i can make games for it) so some games have a palette of 32,768 colors but some games, to preserve memory, pick 256 colors from 32,768--but thats still alot.This piece of hardware doesn't have a headphone jack, *but* you can still buy an adapter for it.
This one uses a Li-Ion battery (i think) and you don't need to buy batteries for it, you can just charge it. Also this like any other console of gameboy can play games lower than it along with the hi-class games.

This is a great game boy because of the color. when you get it dirty it doesnt matter ,you can't tell. Its a bummer that it's not stocked right now but if it is in stock i advise hardcore gamers to buy it and a case to keep it nice and shiny, it looks really cool that way. But always remember if you drop it youll be sorry.
