This was one of the best games i have ever played it is challanging, fun and if you like soving puzzles you'll like this game. this game has every thing i have ever wanted in a game. This game has 4 main charaacters issac,garet,ivan,mia. this game opened up a whole new kind of gaming for me. This is the King of all RPGsCustomer Review: RPG greatness.

Any rpg gamer out there knows that if you want a good game, NINTENDO is not the way to go. Sure, they got the whole action-mindless violence thing down, but rpgs are not their strong point. But they have amazed me, and many other gamers with this ground breaking rpg!!Golden Sun tests you and rewards you in many ways. It has chalenging puzzels and really beautiful battles. The music on this game is just magnificient, and it always protrays the mood of the moment perfectly. With an innovative plot and charming characters, Golden Sun was an incredible rpg.
One really cool element in this game was your power to alter your surroundings in the world around you. You can move logs, freeze puddles, blow away bushes and even read peoples minds! It really enhances the enjoyment of the gameplay.
Golden Sun has a very intellegent plot. It doesn't bore you with the same old cliches, and really just has a very cool story. As for the dialog amongst the characters, there really isn't a problem with it, but it could have handled some swears here and there!! The main character, Isaac may be rather silent in this game, but he makes up for it in the next game! The relationships between the characters grow and develope as the game goes on and on, and they become even stronger in the games intertwining sequal.
The graphics in this game are strangly beautiful for a gba game. The effects in battle are just breathtaking and it only gets better as the game progresses.
I have played alot of rpgs in my time, and although LUNAR still remains the best in my mind, Golden Sun is a really awesome game! I can't wait to see what the future has in store for this revolutionary series, I'm sure it will be great!!

I LOVE IT! IF YOU LOVE FINAL FANTASY THEN YOU WOULD REALLY LOVE THIS GAME!Seriously.. It is one of the most entertaining game I've ever played and yes.. I've played many games in my life time. If you are a big RPG fan then I recomend you to get this game.
Customer Review: A game worth spending for

I first bought this game on base when I couldn't find any Zelda games. I was new to the GBA and had no idea what was good. I looked on the back of the packaging and found information of a game with magic (or psynergy, if you want to get seriously technical). Magic was all I was looking for, so I went and bought it. My Zelda obsession went out the window.Pros: I don't think I could list them all.
-A totally new story unlike others wich are continuations of others. You get the entire story in two games unlike where the first five are only in Japan and they only started in US.
-Djinn. An optional quest which could make you all-powerful. Not only do have attacks and other things during a battle, but you can have multiple Djinni attack in one massive explosion.
-Long gameplay (if you want to get everything). If your just looking to complete the game, it might take under twenty hours for experienced gamers. For me (being new and all), it took nearly thirty hours. But I also got all the Djinn. And then you might want to get ALL possible psynergy, which then you have to get up to level 56 (Isaac's last Slayer class psynergy). Grand Gaia. Now, Even I haven't gotten it yet.
-Multitude of characters. Tons of personalities. Need I say more?
-Even more weapons. We have regular weapons. We have weapons that do even more damage when they unleash there psynergy locked within them.
-Many puzzles that will halt your progress.
-Ability to save whenever you like.
-Battle arena. Face your friends, foes, bosses, or enemies till your head explodes.
-Easy controls. Even though the Djinn need a bit to get the knack of, by the time you get to Vault ('bout 20 min into the game), they'll be second nature.
-Even more Pros.
Cons-Now these are easy to pick out.
-Random battles. It's not that they're "conny" or anything, but when you're in a dungeon or cave and trying to complete a puzzle, every two steps you meet an enemy. In contrast to that, when you're looking for a battle to level up, you don't find any.
-Lack of experience. Lack of battles=lack of experience=lack of levels. It takes forever to level up after you get to level twenty. On my good game, I have played nearly eighty hours, and I'm only on level 52.
-VERY long movie-scenes. If you have some patience or a thirst for a plot, this might not be that much of a con. But if you wanted to play the game again or a boss has defeated you and you have to listen to the same conversation again, it gets seriously annoying. Good thing in the second game, you can just hold the B button and the words go zooming by.
-Only sixteen summons. All summons look stunningly beautiful (except for Tiamet and Cybele...they were a little...blah...), so it's a dissapointment there's only sixteen. In the second game, there's going to be at least twenty more.
-A halting ending. After finally beating Saturos and Menardi after nearly twenty tries and whoppin' the hindquaters off the Fusion Dragon, it comes to big TO BE CONTINUED. For those who loved the game, they must've thrown a fit. For me, I nearly threw my GBA against the wall.
Well, thank-you for any who was able to stay awake through that. I really hope that people buy this game because of my review!! ^.^

In a world of dijinn, psynergy, and adventure, a party of four will discover the dangers of Alchemy: a hidden power that could cause another golden age, or the destruction of their world.If you do not appreciate the amazing ideas and settings of this game, you must be crazy. I highly recommend this game. I love the music, graphics, and characters.(And this isn't TOTALLY a serious game. There's also a lot of humor. Seriously.)
Explore, battle, and have fun! Perfect for strategists, and at the same time, someone who would like to just hack away at the enemy. (The only part that really bugs me, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because, because. . .
it says TO BE CONTINUED... WHEN IT FINALLY GETS GOOD!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!?) Okay, okay, calm down, calm down ... Sorry.
