My son received a Game Cube gaming system for Christmas so I decided to give him this accessory for his birthday so he could use his Game Boy to help with the games. I thought my children were yanking my chain when they said that this existed. Now they trade their pokemon from their gameboys unto their gamecube and so forth, making my life alot easier and no more yelling and complaining about needing 'stronger' pokemon to fight with!!
If you are into pokemon, this is a must have to trade pokemon from one system to the handheld and so forth.

Well, Amazon failed to mention that the cable only works with certain gamecube games. We have 6 games, and none of them has the icon that the cable instructions says to look for. Of course, the package is now opened, so I can't even return it!
Amazon should have included this important info about the cable's limitations.
