I got HM:A Wondeful Life and LOVED it,simply LOVED it!
I played until midnight the day I got it,and kept on playing every day!
I decided to try the GBA HM a spin and I was disapointed with what I got.
Time goes by to quicker than in AWL and the years take too long
The biggest problem is that it gives you no reason to keep going.
In AWL,as the years go by,you get married,have a kid and watch him grow and help influence his career;sure,you can get married and have a kid in this one,but that only means you get to talk to them everyday so they don't hate you.
In AWL,you can do so much with your son,here you just talk to him.
These days,I have stopped playing AWL and FOMT is forgotten.
But I'll always love AWL and hate FOMT

the game harvest moon is 1 of the most asome games I have ever played.
dating/maridged:in dating you give the girl you like what she likes.
Anne:give her choclates, flowers, gems from the winter mine, home cooked food, and don't give her jewerly.
Karen:give her things from your farm and or the woods, and some wine. she dosn't like chocolates and if you going to mary her go after her fast or Won will mary her.
mary:show her our dog if you want to mary her [personaly I don't like her] also act fast because wants to mary her.
popuri:give her anything except stuff from the woods. agian if you want to mary her do it fast kai dos to.
ps: you need a big bed to mary your girlfriend.

I think that Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town is one of the best GB game ever! You get to raise a horse and a dog. Plus, you can own up to 8 cows, 8 chickens, and 8 sheep! You can collect eggs, wool, and milk. You can even grow crops like most farmers! You get to marry one of the five girls, Popuri, Ann, Elli, Mary, or Karen. You can even marry the Harvest Goddess if you figure out how. If you give a present to your wife every day for about a month, you will find out she is pregnant and will have a baby boy within 60 days. Over the years your child will continue to grow. And for all the girls, they are working on a Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town that will let you play as a girl and you can marry one of the five boys, it will be released in Summer 2005. I highly recommend either of the games!Customer Review: get it don't just sit here your wastn' time here

Hi, If you are reading this review listen VERY closely! I'm an 12 year video game freak kid who's on a mission to find the most fun video games (duh!) !!!!!!!! Here's some stuff on one of my FAVE games, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town!!!!!!
When I first got Harvest Moon, I was a little nervous. I thought, "Am I that in to farming???". But guess what?, Harvest Moon totally ROCKED MY WORLD!!! I played it for months! Than I took a little break from it to play Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life, another great Harvest Moon game!Then, I got hooked back on to it and here I am. Here are some of the way cool suff you can do:
. Chose one of 5 girls to Marry
. Raise farm animals, crops, and your kid!
. Sell crops, animals, fish, and ores
. Enter contests and have fun in festivals
. Interact with other characters in the game
. Fish
. Buy seeds, food, tools, sacks, and the blue feather!
. Ask the Harvest Sprites to help you with your work
. Mine
. cook with rescipies
. build on to your house
. plus tons of other stuff!
